Bunny

Of course since it was Easter and I have been working on larger projects, I needed to get my toy fix in. So I made an Easter bunny for my kiddo.

There was a lot of seam sewing involved, but the effort was worth it. DD LOVED finding this little bunny in her Easter basket in the morning.
I used Galway wool for the cream and Cascade 220 for the pink. I've found that Galway cream doesn't felt that well - you can still see the stitch definition after FOUR washings in the machine.
Pattern is from Bear Brain. It's the Knitted, Felted, Jointed Rabbit and you can buy the pattern from Patricia Wulff's website. There is another pattern that's offered - a vest for the bunny - but I felt that it was too expensive.

Your bunny is adorable!

White yarn can sometimes be hard to felt because of the process it goes through to bleach it.

I didn't know Patricia Wulff was still around. I'm glad to know that. She has the most adorable stuffed animal patterns.
